Last week I met up with a friend from from high school who is a photographer in SC. I've been in love with the pictures she takesn so when I found out she was going to be in town I booked a session for the boys. We met up in Rochester at Van Hoosen farm/park. The boys had a great a great time, I'm so excited to see how the pictures came out. Some teaser pics were posted. Here is the link to her blog if you want to check them out...

Christmas Morning
I don't know who was more excited for Christmas this year, Aiden or myself. This year Aiden actually understood what was going on and couldn't wait until Christmas morning. We made sure to put cookies and milk out for Santa and a few carrots for his reindeer.
My boys on Christmas Morning
The only thing Aiden wanted was the Wall-e movie. Santa left Aiden a Wall-e themed stocking complete with movie, figure and tooth brush.

Kensington Farm
Jessica and I took the four boys to the farm at Kensington Metro Park. It was a little chilly in the morning but the sun came out and it turned into a beautiful day.

We made a quick stop for a slurpee for the trip

We picked a perfect time to visit the farm, they had a litter of pigs born the middle of August, a set of twin calves born the end of August and another liter of pigs born Tuesday.

The boys enjoyed checking out the other animals...

The boys commented that the sheep must be mountain sheep...

Checking out the barns...

We always joke that Aiden is the most cautious kid, most boys would be like David and Kyle climbing up the rocks...not Mr. Cautious...

Kyle thought the farm contained another animal........an alligator. The boys were looking pretty hard for that alligator.

We ate lunch and took a hayride around the farm (sorry no pics they all were a bit too blurry, it was a bumpy ride)

Baby It's Hot Outside....
Today it was a hot humid day in the 90's, a perfect day to splash in the pool. Only problem was we didn't have one, which meant a trip to Target. We found a cute little frog pool that even Owen could enjoy. During Aiden's nap I planned to get it all set up. There was one little problem, I couldn't find the air pump. Guess who blew the whole thing up herself? ( No hot air jokes!...lol)

Gotta swim with the crocs....

Owen hung out like a celebrity in his little chair, he did dip his feet a few times though..

Love those blue eyes...
